润滑剂用量对硬质PVC性能的影响

聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸和石蜡是硬质PVC加工配方中常用的3种润滑剂。调整配方中润滑剂的种类和用量,可以改善配方的塑化性能和热稳定性能。通过试验,考察了聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸和石蜡这3种润滑剂用量对硬质PVC塑化性能和热稳定性能的影响。

PE wax, Stearic acid and wax are three kinds of lubricants often used in the processing formulation of RPVC. By adjusting category and dosage of the lubricants in the formulation, the plastication property and heat stability of the formulation PVC resin can be improved. During the experiments, the influence of the dosage of three kinds of lubricants： PE wax, stearic acid and wax on plastication property and heat stability of RPVC was researched.
