减底热油泵振动原因分析与措施

摘要 针对山东齐胜工贸股份有限公司120 kt/a润滑油基础油装置减底热油泵热态下产生剧烈振动,从8个方面进行分析,发现实际流量偏离其最小稳定流量区是引起振动的主要原因。通过切削叶轮的办法,圆满解决了振动问题。 The reasons for severe flutter of hot oil pump under operation state in 120kt/a lubricating oil base oil plant of Shandong Qisheng industry & commerce Co., Ltd. were analyszed from 8 aspects. The results showed that actual flow deviated from minimum stable flow area was the major cause creating the flutter. By the method of vane cutting, the flutter problem was resolved successfully.
