摘要
原分析采用单检测器双色谱柱2次进样进行分析,时间长且步骤繁琐。改进后采用双检测器双色谱柱1次进样即可完成全部分析,利用程序升温技术,分离效果好,分析时间缩短,有效地延长了色谱柱的使用寿命,提高了工作效率。
The former analysis method adopted twice charge - in with single detector and binary chromatographic column, the needed time was long and the procedure was complicated. After improvement, adopted once charge - in with binary detector and binary chromatographic column can complete immediately the whole analysis, used programmed temperature technology, separation effect was good, analysis time was shorten, the usage life of chromatographic column was prolonged effectively, and work efficiency was increased.
