Manufacture of Wetcuring Polyureathane Coating from Prepolymer of PAPI with Castor Oil

介绍用多异氰酸酯ＰＡＰＩ与蓖麻油加成反应的预聚物生产湿固化型聚氨酯涂料的方法、特点和用途．并对ＰＡＰＩ和蓖麻油的性能、特点、加成反应过程及涂料的固化反应进行了论述．讨论了ＰＡＰＩ与蓖麻油加成反应温度、时间、物料比和溶剂等工艺条件对反应的影响，确定了工业生产单组份湿固化型聚氨酯涂料的产品质量指标．

The manufacture of wetcuring polyureathane coating from prepolymer of PAPI with castor oil, characteristic and use were introduced. Properties of raw material, process of addition reaction and curing reaction were also described. On the basis of experiments, the effect of reaction temperature, time, ratio of reactants and solvent on the reaction was discussed. The technical condition and performance figure were given.
