浅谈打击制贩假火车票犯罪的对策

Countermeasures against the Crime of Making and Trafficking Fake Train Tickets

制贩假火车票是指利用各种手段伪造或变造火车票进行贩卖的案件。伪造假火车票的手段主要有涂改、挖补和打印制版、印刷制版等方式。其中印刷假票危害最大,且每年都有新的印刷版本出现。打击制贩假火车票犯罪的对策:加强宣传、防范力度;把打击制贩假票犯罪与客票调查、打击炒票工作结合起来;建立统一的假火车票信息收集、反馈系统,并建立快速反应机制;加强对假票样本统一收集和检验工作;建立健全多警种联合侦查工作模式;加强与地方公安机关的合作和情报信息资料的积累工作。

The crime of making and trafficking fake train ticket refers to the cases of forging or altering train tickets in various ways which mainly include modifying, gouging and mending, making plate by mimeograph or print, etc. Amongst the ways the making plate by print does the most harm and produces new plate every year. The countermeasures against the crime include： to strengthen propaganda and prevention; to combine the attack on this crime with the examination of train ticket and the attack on ticket speculation ; to establish a unified system of information collection and feedback of fake tickets as well as a rapid response mechanism; to enhance the collection and examination of fake ticket samples; to improve various police＇s joint investigation pattern; to enhance the cooperation with local police departments and information accumulation.
