摘要
历来认为诗词的声律是平仄律。但究其含义和成因时,有"长短说"、"轻重说"、"抑扬说"、"超音段说"等多说,各持一端;在诗词实践中既讲"平仄",又讲"四声",自相矛盾。所以平仄律只是一种感性经验,还不是科学的理论。
It is long believed that the law of level and oblique tones governs the rhyme scheme of poetry, but when we trace back to what it signified and how it came, we find there are differing theories: long-short, stressed-unstressed, iambic, and supertonic. In practice, poetry uses the law of level and oblique tones and the law of four tones as well and therefore appears confusing. The paper believes that the law of level and oblique tones is merely a perceptual experience instead of a scientific theory; and it's meant to raise questioning and evoke reviews from the academic circle.
