摘要
在分析油船管理与自我评估程序(Tanker Management and Self Assessment,缩写:TMSA)及关键绩效指标(Key Performance Indicators,缩写:KPI)理论的基础上,考虑船舶管理系统要素与影响因素的实际情况,建立了适用于船舶管理的新的关键绩效指标体系,构建了船舶管理和自我评估的模糊数学模型。经数据计算与验证,KPI有利于定量化得到船舶管理与自我评估的综合评价结果。
On the basis of analyzing TMSA and the theory of KPI, in consideration of the real situations of ship management system and influence factors, a new KPI system proper to ship management and a fuzzy mathematic model of SMSA are constructed. Through data calculation and validation, KPI is beneficial to obtaining quantitatively comprehensive assessment re sults of ship management level and self-evaluation
