摘要
介绍建筑钢结构的防锈底漆、面漆、防火漆。根据防锈底漆的物理屏蔽作用,阻挡化学介质渗到钢铁表面,减缓电化学反应速度;依靠化学钝化作用,在钢铁表面生成钝化膜,延缓钢铁的腐蚀;富锌底漆利用锌的电极电位比铁的更负,使铁成为阴极受到保护。面漆能有效封闭和阻挡腐蚀介质对底漆的破坏,并起美化装饰作用。并介绍国外建筑钢结构常用的脂肪族聚氨酯面漆、无机富锌漆和环氧硅氧烷的油漆配套及它们的配套材料费指数情况。
The paper introduces the rust preventing primer, face paint and fire-retarding paint for building steel structure. The physical shielding of rust preventing primer prevents chemical medium from permeating to the surface of steel thus lowers the speed of electrochemical reaction; passive surface film is formed due to the chemical passivity to lower the rusting of steel; the primer is rich in zinc whose electrode potential is more negative than iron, therefore iron becomes negative electrode and gets protection. The face paint can efficiently prevent corrosive from destroying the primer and also plays a role of decoration. The paper also introduces the mating of fatty group polyurethane face paint, inorganic zinc paint and epoxy siloxane generally used in building steel structure abroad as well as the index of the mating material cost.
