辣椒种子颜色与种子质量的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为弄清辣椒种子颜色与质量的关系,试验采用L*a*b*颜色系统,使用数码相机取色,对腾飞、民权、苏椒三品种种子进行研究,结果表明:a*彩度与发芽率、发芽势、千粒重呈极显著正相关,相关关系为双曲线;心理明度L*与种子质量相关可信度比a*彩度稍低,相关关系为对数关系;b*彩度与种子质量的相关可信度最差,b*彩度与发芽率、发芽势之间均不相关;种子颜色与黑色的色差△E,和种子质量相关,相关关系为对数关系,但相关可信度不是最高。由于色差是指两种颜色的距离,所以在研究种子颜色与种子质量的关系时,研究种子颜色与任何颜色的色差都没有意义。辣椒品种间种子的颜色差异明显,不同品种种子颜色都集中于自己的空间,但颜色在品种间存在重叠区域。使用种子的颜色分捡种子时,可使用实验得到的L*a*b*的先验极值作为阈值,以保证种子的纯度。由于种子颜色和种子质量呈极显著相关,因此可使用颜色对种子质量进行快速评价,评价公式为:种子质量=∑(y*f)/n。 In order to better understand the relation of pepper seeds' digital color and quality, this study uses digital camera to obtain color, and applies L*a*b* color system to research the seeds of three varieties such as Tengfei,Minquan and Sujiao. The results indicate that a* is very significantly positively'correlated with germination rate, germination potential and 1000-seed weight, and the correlation is hyperbolic; the credibility of correlation between L* and seed quality is slightly lower than a*, and it is logarithmic; there is nearly no correlation between b* and seed quality; and there is correlation between seed quality and A E, that is chromatism between seed color and black color, and it is logarithmic, but the credibility of correlation is not maximal. The digital color of seeds of pepper varieties is obviously different, the colors of seed of a pepper variety are concentrated on its own range, but there is color superposition between varieties. When seeds are picked up with colors, the L*a*b* extremum from the experiment can be used to guarantee seed purity. As there is a very significant correlation between the color and the quality of seeds, digital color can be used to quickly evaluate seed quality, that is, the quality of seed= ∑(y*f)/n.
