抗结核加免疫调节剂治疗难治性肺结核49例 被引量:2

49 Cases with Incurable Tuberculosis Treated by Antitubercular Agents and Immunomodulator

摘要 目的探讨免疫调节剂在难治性肺结核中的应用。方法采用配对分组法将81例难治性肺结核患者分为治疗组和对照组,所有患者均给予抗结核化疗,治疗组加用免疫调节剂微卡,另设自身对照组。结果治疗6个月后,治疗组痰菌阴转率为50%,对照组阴转率为22%,自身对照组阴转率为47%。复发率分别为6%、28%、11%。结论微卡能提高难治性肺结核患者的免疫功能,增强化疗疗效。
