黄樟素的天然来源及其在合成香料中的利用

在八种樟属植物精油中含有较多的黄樟素。其中含量超过90％的有沉水樟、岩桂、坚叶樟、狭叶阴香和少花桂。文中还对以黄樟素为原料合成洋茉莉醛、旅馥香兰素和乙基香兰素等七种香料的方法进行了介绍。

There are much safrole in eight sorts of Cinnamomum Trew plants' ethereal oil. Among them, such as C. micranthum (Hay) Hay, C. petophilum N. chac., C. chartohyllum H. W. Li., C. burmannii f. heyneanum and C. pauciflorum Nm, their ethereal oil contains more than 90 Per cent of safrole. And in this paper, seven method of using safrole asrnaterial synthesized piperonal, vanitrope and ethylvaillin etc. was introduced.
