摘要
保山学院作为一所新建的本科院校面临生存和发展双重竞争,要实现"二五十"目标和跨越式发展,必须有自己的办学特色。而这个特色,必须紧紧围绕保山地方经济和社会发展来准确定位,加强特色学科和专业建议,以及特色师资建设,最终培养出具有保山学院特色的各级各类人才。
Baoshan College, a newly-established local higher institution, faced with both survival and development. In order to reach its goals at different periods ---2 years, 5 years and 10 years, school has to work out its own ways in the constructions of academic discipline and specialty and teaching staff so as to prepare qualified students for the community.
