摘要 采用FLUENT软件模拟永磁电火花复合加工中抛出颗粒的排出过程,需要知道颗粒在流场和磁场中不同位置所受的磁场力。圆柱形永磁体与可磁化物体之间的磁场力计算是非常复杂的,但可根据加工过程的实际情况,给出简单实用的计算公式。 Magnetic force acting on the particle in different magnetic pace of flow field need to be known when discharging process of particles in permanent magnet field and EDM Compound Machining was simulated with FLUENT software. The calculation of Magnetic force between column permanent magnet and magnetized object is very complicated. But a simple and practical calculate formula can be presented according to the actual circumstance in machining process.
