摘要
分析汽车厂涂装车间机械化输送系统中链式输送机产生链备爬行的原因,并通过调整链轮参数,控制回空链托板位置及调整张紧力等措施来降低链条速度波动,减小爬行从而达到使用要求。
This paper analyzes the cause that China conveyor fo mechanized conueyor system in coutomotive paint shop generated reptiles.It can reduce speed fluctuations and reptiles by adjusting the chain parameters,controling the location of empty pallets and adjusting chain tension
