Common Fault and Andysis of Three-phase Asynchronous Motor

三相异步电动机在发生烧毁故障前都会有一些表面故障现象出现:电动机运行发热、温升过高或冒烟、燥声异常、振动过大、运行中出现三相电流不平衡、电机外壳带电、电机不能启动或启动困难、电机转速降低、启动时熔丝烧断过流或跳闸、缺相运行等。针对上述现象分析了引起故障的原因并提出相应的对策。

There are some fault phenomena in the event of failure to burn the surface on three-phase asynchronous motor.For example： motor runs fever, the temperature is too high or smoke,the noise is abnormal ,vibration is too large,the current is imbalanve,the motor can＇t start,the electrical charged shell,the speed reduct and the fuse blow or trip over-current when starting.This paper elaborates the fault causes and solution in view of these phenomena.
