LM90 is an intelligent temperature sensor produced by National Semiconductor Corporation, USA. distal and local temperature are measured at the same time. It can be widely used in office devices and home electronic products, such as intelligent temperature-control instrument, telecom devices, computer, copying press and so on. it＇s basic character, pin function, internal structure and applied circuit are introduced in the paper.
