本文叙述了用高效液相色谱法测定精华素中维生素E乙酸酯的方法。本法检测下限为3mg／Kg，具有良好的精密度和准确性。
The Paper describes a method of detecting vitamin E aceate in ALOE-VERA VITAMIN E SKIN OIL by highperformance liquid chromatography. Minimum detectable amount is 3mg/Kg. This method is of high accuracy.
