摘要
从我国油气资源及勘探开发现状出发,结合推行绿色钻井中存在的问题,对现行的绿色钻井技术工艺方法,及强化企业责任进行了探讨,通过完善政策、建立机制、制定规范、培训示范提出推进绿色钻井工作的建议。
