摘要
证人证言对司法实践具有重要的意义,但证人错误记忆的发生却是一个普遍的现象。文章回顾了证人错误记忆研究的历史,主要探讨了证人错误记忆的研究范式和理论基础,并讨论了该领域的最新研究与发展趋势。
Witness testimony has the significance meaning to the judicial practice, but witness false memory occurrence is actually a universal phenomenon. This article reviewed the research history of witness false memory, mainly discussed the research paradigm and theoretical basic of witness false memory and also discussed the newest research and development tendency in this domain.
