网络犯罪是信息时代的产物。计算机网络在网络犯罪案件中扮演着至关重要的作用。传统的案件分析模型在网络时代面临重大挑战。侦查网络犯罪一方面应借鉴侦查传统犯罪的方法,另一方面应针对网络犯罪的特点寻找切实可行的对策,以便更好地为侦破和打击网络犯罪提供支持和帮助。

Cybercrime is the result with the development of Information Technology. Computer Network plays a vital role in the network criminal cases. The traditional analysis model in the Internet age faces big challenges. Cybercrime investigation should refer to the traditional criminal investigation methods. On the other hand should focus on the characteristics of criminal networks to find practical ways to provide better support and help for detecting and combating crime.
