摘要
群体性事件已成为影响社会稳定的突出问题。公安机关处置群体性事件,控制现场局势,平息现场事态,需要讲究战术;调动使用大量警力和警用装备、器械,摆兵布阵,更需要讲究战术。
The steps which handling the group incidents are including early handling, medium term handling, the latter handling. The tactical application has the policy or psychological attacking tactical, massive force deterrence tactical, taking precautionary measures and so on.
