警院学员在灾民集中安置区的治安价值评议——对四川警察学院学员赴地震灾区警务援助的思考

On value of public security of cadets in allocation——consideration on police aids of cadets from Sichuan Police College in allocation

5·12特大地震之后,灾民集中安置区高密度、临时性、开放性的居住环境,数量众多、情绪不稳、成份复杂的入住人口,使其治安形势异常严峻。警院学员临危受命进驻安置区,开展巡逻防控、协助警情处置、入户调查和服务群众等工作,这些举措不仅弥补了警力不足,而且体现出了较高的治安价值,同时对当前我国公安院校的教育培养模式改革也具有重要的启示意义。

Many factors made the situation worse than before after the violent earthquake broken out on 5-12 in the year of 2008, such as the living circumstance where those suffered people lived in, with a big population, a temporary and open quality, and those worrying survivors from all levels of society. In this kind of situation, Cadets from Sichuan Police College went to the allocation to provide some kind of police aids, such as patrol, giving some help to local police when they were doing their jobs, and serving the people. These kinds of aids not only reinforced the police force, and counted for public security. And it also enlightened our present education form of police college in China.
