摘要
研究了钌纳米簇/光敏性聚酰亚胺(Ru/PSPI)杂化膜在苯部分加氢反应中的催化性能.Ru/PSPI杂化膜由单分散的钌族纳米簇和光敏性的聚酰亚胺构成.通过回流低沸点醇法还原三氯化钌,制备了单分散钌纳米簇,并将其掺入光敏性聚酰胺酸基体中,通过热亚胺化法得到Ru/PSPI杂化膜,钌纳米颗粒的平均粒径为1.07 nm.气相色谱仪(GC)分析Ru/PSPI杂化膜催化苯部分加氢的产物,环己烯选择性最高达48.10%.
Partial hydrogenation of benzene was investigated over Ru nano-clusters/photosensitive polyimide (Ru/ PSPI) hybrid membrane. The hybrid membrane reactor consisted of monodisperse ruthenium nano-clusters and polyimide with photosensitivity. Ru nano-clusters were obtained by refluxing ruthenium ( Ⅲ ) chloride in low boiling point alcohols, the average diameters of 1. 07 nm. The Ru/PSPI catalyst showed high selectivity for cyclohexene at 48. 10 % in benzene hydrogenation by gas chromatography (GC)
