目前,IPTV业务正逐渐走向实际运营阶段,成为电信运营商的主流宽带业务。文章主要介绍了IPTV增值业务平台计费系统的构成,描述了IPTV业务运营平台与电信BOSS系统和SP系统之间的接口,分析了系统接口间的信息同步实现方式,讨论了IPTV计费系统的计费方式。

At present,IPTV business is gradually moving toward the actual operational phase,becoming the mainstream broadband services of telecom operators. The thesis mainly introduced the architecture of billing system on IPTV valueadded business platform,including the describe of the the interface between IPTV business operations platform and the telecom BOSS system or the SP system. It also analysed and discussed the implementation approach of interface information synchronous and billing methods of the system.
