几种三唑类席夫碱的合成和生物活性研究

摘要 选取5种芳香取代醛与自制的3-(4-吡啶基)-4-氨基-1,2,4-三唑-5-硫酮反应,以醋酸为反应溶剂,合成了5个新化合物,用^1HNMR、IR、元素分析确定了五种新化合物的分子结构并测定了它们的生物活性。结果表明,得到的5种新席夫碱化合物具有很好的抑菌、杀菌效果。 Five novel compounds have been synthesized by self - made 3 - (4 - pyridyl) - 4 - amino - 1, 2, 4 - triazole -5 - thione and five substituted aromatic aldehydes as start material. Glacial acetic was used as solvent. Their structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR IR and elemental analysis. The biological activities of them to several vegetable pathogen were tested. The preliminary test indicated that some of them had excellent biological activities to several vegetable pathogen.
