Psychological Analysis and Nursing for Preoperative Patients

目的观察和分析手术前病人的心理问题和心理需求，给予及时的心理疏导。方法对120例手术前患者的心理状况进行调查和评估，制定心理治疗计划。结果120例患者通过心理护理后，患者心理状态得到较好调节，手术顺利完成。结论、及时了解患者手术前的心理状态，有针对性地做好心理护理，对患者配合手术有重要作用。

Objective ： To observe and analyze the psychological problem and need of the preoperative patients in order to offer timely psychological help for them. Method： The author conducts the psychological survey and assessment for 120 preoperative patients and works out the plans of psychological treatment. Result： The preoperative patients who are and anxious take 65.83% ; The patients who are afraid of pain take 50% ; The patients who are dependent take 38.72% ; The patients who are depressed take 18.33%. The 120 patients can take positive attitude to the operation after they have been taken psychological nursing, and the operation is completed successfully. Conclusion： The nurses in the operating room understand the preoperative patients＇psychological condition in time, and take good care of the patients according to their specific problem. This is helpful for the patients to cooperate with their doctors and nurses during the operation.
