摘要
为了保证从国家工业中选择最优秀的企业与军队合作,打造强有力的通用战备物资委托企业供应商代储机制,需要从最初的代储供应商选择着手。通过对供应商的管理,评价体系、方法和评价流程等方面进行探讨,初步实现了整个代储机制的系统分析。
To ensure the most excellent enterprises of the country industry to cooperate with the army , building a strong general replaced storage mechanism of war reserve materiel, the article starts from vendor selection, through the vendor management, evaluation system , evaluation methods and flow process, summarizes and induces the system analysis of whole replaced storage mechanism.
