摘要
针对目前部队红旗车驾驶员靠投票选举,未能做到量化评比的问题,考虑红旗车驾驶员评比影响因素多、受评价主体主观影响大,是一个典型的复杂、信息不完备、不确定灰色系统。根据灰色系统的思想,建立红旗车驾驶员评比灰色关联分析模型,通过计算驾驶员各评价指标与理想最优效果向量的灰色关联度,对参评驾驶员进行关联排序,评选出红旗车驶员。
Aiming at the problem that Red flag car driver was forced by vote and failed to achieve a quantitative assessment in current army. Appraisement of Red Flag car driver is a representative sophisticated, imperfection of information and undefined grey system because influence factors are great and subjective influence is tremendous by appraisal main body. So, establishing model of grey incidence analysis that appraise Red Flag car driver according to thought of grey system, calculating the grey incidence degree between the evaluation index of driver and the optimal effect of the ideal vector, then incidence sequencing and appraise Red flag car drivers.
