摘要
遵循元培学院的办学理念和办学模式以及个体差异性原则,从人格与决策的角度,探讨本科新生的职业/主修专业认同发展。218名本科新生完成了职业/主修专业认同发展问卷和Myers-Briggs Type Indicator-G中国版。研究结果表明,处于不同职业/主修专业认同状态的本科新生可以采取不同的"探索、决策、规划"行动,具有不同人格类型的本科新生可以通过在职业/主修专业决策实践中优化问题解决过程完善人格。研究结果提示,人格发展过程、决策过程和职业/主修专业认同发展过程是统一的。
Based on the idea and pattern for running Yuanpei College and with the principle of individual difference, this study probed into career/major identity development of college freshmen from the perspective of personality and decisionmaking. 218 college freshmen completed the career/major identity development questionnaire and Myers Briggs Type Indicator G (Chinese Version). The results showed that college freshmen in different career/major identity status can take different action of exploration, decision-making, and planning, and college freshmen with different personality types can perfect their personality through improved problem-solving process in the decision-making practice of career/major. It suggests that personality development, decision-making, and career/major identity development are a unified process.
