美国、德国、日本等发达国家高校思想政治工作教师"学者"、"专家"的职业形象与中小学"宣传员"、"社会事务工作者"的职业形象不同。由此启示我们:高校思想政治工作对象工作目标的特殊性,教师专业化的要求等决定了高校思想政治工作教师的职业形象应当是学者、专家;而塑造学者、专家职业形象需要课程设置专业学科化、专业化服务。

The images of college political and ideological teachers as scholars and experts in developed countries such as A- merica, Germany, Japan, etc. are different from those of propagandists, social affairs workers of primary and secondary teachers. This inspires us that the particular objectives of the college political and ideological work and the professional requirements of college teachers determine that the images of the political and ideological college teachers should be scholars and experts; yet the training of the images of scholars and experts need the professional and scientific set of courses.
