改革开放以来中国取得了举世瞩目的巨大进步,但同时也出现了大量的社会问题,当前我国的改革和发展进入了关键时期,只有坚持科学发展观、坚持以人为本,把人民的利益作为一切工作的出发点和落脚点,保证发展的成果惠及全体人民,促进人的全面发展,才能实现人与自然、人与人、群体与群体、社会阶层与社会阶层的和谐。

Besides the great improvement brought about by the Policy of Reform and Opening to the Outside World, China is also facing lots of problems. Now, in the crucial moment of reformation and development, we must persist in Scientific Outlook on Development, put the human as the first, make sure that every work of development stands on the people＇s benefit, promote the people＇s comprehensive development, so as to achieve the harmony between human and nature, that between different people, different groups and different social classes.
