The Research of the Real Company-Based Virtual Logistics Practice Training for the High Education

本研究以物流实体企业的具体业务作为模板在课堂教学中进行投射和情景转换,在课堂内建立起同步的"影子工作任务",参照实体公司的运营操作结果来评价"影子工作任务"完成效果来训练学生的职业技能,以最小的成本达到虚拟实训的目的。

The research studies the effect of virtual practice training, setting up ＂shadow work task＂ in class based on the actual business of real company by scenario adaptation technique, evaluating the result compared to real company operation. The researcher tries to find a new way for the practical education, reaching the goal of virtual practice training at the lowest cost.
