摘要
以能力为主线、"一主三辅"的人才培养模式是宁波大红鹰学院在应用型本科人才培养过程中提出的一种新思路。在该模式下,科学合理的实践教学体系是实现应用型专业人才培养目标的关键。文章结合物流管理专业探讨了实践教学体系构建的基本思路及具体实施方法,并提出了保证实践教学质量的主要措施。
The undergraduate Cultivating model of ＂One Principal Type plus Three Secondary Types＂ with capability as the main line, is a new idea which is brought forward during Dahongying College＇ exploration. Scientific and rational practical teaching system is the key of achieving qualified personnel training target： This paper focuses on the basic ideas and specific implementation methods of this practical teaching system and summarizes major measures to＇assurance the practice teaching quality.
