Industrial Transition and Logistics Development in Zhujiang Delta

本文以理论探讨和实践列举的方法,说明了产业发展与区域发展的关系。产业转移的发生具有经济发展中的必然性。珠三角由于其经济的高度发展和外向型的特点,近几年产业转移来得很快很猛。就是说珠三角要"腾笼换鸟"。腾出土地等重要而紧缺的资源,换上高产出的"鸟"。这"鸟"一是高端制造业,二是高端服务业。而现代物流业是现代服务业的龙头产业。珠三角将以服务业之重来代替制造业之强,转向新型的产业结构社会。

This article explains the relationship between industrial development and regional development, adopted means of theoretical discussion and illustration of practice. Industrial transition is inevitable during process of development of economics. The transition industries in Zhujiang Delta is rapid and severe because of the high speed of development and openness of its economics, that is to say the direction of development in Zhujiang Delta is ＂Exchange Cager for Bird＂ ： to vacate some important resource in shortage like land, and gain the ＂Bird＂ which has high output, the bird refers to high-end manufacturing and service industry, and modem logistics industry is the leading industry of modem service industry. The mightiness of manufacturing in Zhujiang Delta will be replaced by importance of service industry, and there will be a new industrial structure.
