在介绍欧盟REACH法规的主要内容及特点基础上,分析了REACH法规对我国医药企业尤其是原料药生产企业带来的影响,并提出了我国医药企业应对欧盟REACH法规的对策建议。

Basing on the introduction of the main contents and characteristics of the EU REACH rules, this paper analyzes the influences from the rules on the medicine enterprises in our country, especially on the raw material medicine enterprises, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for these domestic enterprises.
