耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的红霉素耐药基因和杀白细胞基因的检测 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)红霉素耐药基因和杀白细胞毒素基因的检出情况。方法收集MRSA 45株,采用聚合酶链式反应对45株MRSA的红霉素耐药基因ermA/B/C和杀白细胞毒素基因(PVL)进行检测。结果45株MRSA中有33株检出红霉素耐药基因,检出率为73.3%;有12株检出杀白细胞毒素基因,检出率为26.7%。结论在红霉素耐药基因ermA/B/C多重耐药的MRSA中检出率较高,是MRSA对大环内酯类抗生素耐药的主要机制;PVL基因检出率较高,是MRSA的重要致病因子。
