摘要
在分析丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘剂的粘附特性和结构特点基础上,阐述了其阻燃机理,比较了制备阻燃型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的多种方法,结果认为,以绿色环保为前提,加入阻燃基团,研制本体阻燃型的丙烯酸酯压敏胶将越来越受到人们的重视;阻燃剂的复合技术也是达到高效阻燃的重要途径之一。使用有机阻燃剂与无机阻燃剂所产生的协同效应将为合成材料的阻燃开辟广阔的前景,新型环境友好型并具有阻燃功能的丙烯酸酯压敏胶将会获得更加广泛的应用。
The flame retardant mechanism of acrylic ester pressure sensitive adhesives was stated based on analysis of their adhesion characteristics and structural features. Comparisons of various preparation methods indicate that environment-friendly noumenal flame-resistant adhesives are the research direction in the future; and the composite technology of organic and inorganic flame retardants will be one of the important ways to achieve highly effective flame-resistant acrylic ester pressure sensitive adhesives.
