摘要
高压支柱瓷绝缘子是发电厂及变电所设备中的重要组成部件,其质量直接影响着电网运行的稳定性。通过对高压支柱瓷绝缘子材料的力学性能试验和微观分析,结果表明,瓷绝缘子的显微组织与其力学性能存在相互关联系,材料的组织结构决定其性能的优劣。
Porcelain insulators of high-voltage pillars are important equipment components of power plants and substations and will have a great influence upon the power network operation stability. Mechanical property tests and microscopic analysis on the porcelain insulator materials demonstrate that the microstructure of the porcelain insulators have a connection with its mechanical property. The study will provide a theoretical basis for the mechanical property tests and microscopic analysis of the porcelain insulators of high-voltage pillars.
