摘要
采用导体表面加涂保护膜的方法来隔绝氧气,达到阻止导体氧化的目的。比较了几种保护剂,分析了薄膜绕包线导体出现发黑现象的原因,提出了有效的解决方法,验证了产品的性能。结果表明,该保护膜对产品的力学及电气性能无影响。
The surface of film lapped copper conductor produced by magnetic wire plans blackens severely due to being oxidized. Research shows that the coating of protective films on the surface of copper conductor can isolate the oxygen and thus prevent the oxidation of copper surface. Three types of protective reagent solutions were compared to evaluate the protective effects, and the best one was selected. The results show that the protective reagent solution won't influence the mechanical and electrical properties of film lapped wires.
