摘要
对热固性环氧树脂基复合材料的绝缘子承力杆件进行了分析,指出此种材质存在弹性模量低、耐热性差、易老化、力学性能的各相异性以及材料性能多呈分散性等缺点;尤其是存在水解现象。提出用高温硫化硅橡胶(HTV)作为基材,以缠绕方式和端部附件连接而成的芯体作为复合绝缘子受力杆件,直接承受拉力负荷。分析表明,将高温硫化硅橡胶为基材的复合绝缘子作承力杆件,可充分、有效地发挥玻璃纤维的承载能力,提高了各拉力等级的复合绝缘子承力杆件的可靠性、稳定性,克服了热固性环氧树脂基复合材料的缺点。
Analysis has been made on load-beating bar of thermosetting resin based composite insulator, it is indicated that this kind of material has disadvantages such as low elastic modulus, poor heat resistance, easy aging inclining, directional mechanical properties as well as scattered material properties; especially there is hydrolysis phenomenon. It is proposed using high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (HTV) as the substrate, core which is connected with the end fittings by winding, served as the tension load-bearing bar of composite insulator, vulcanized silicone rubber based composite insulator as Analysis showed that using high-temperature load-bearing bar, can fully and effectively exert the load carrying capacity of glass fiber, improve reliability and stability of load-bearing bar of each level, and overcome the disadvantage of thermosetting epoxy resin-based composite material.
