Design of Rotating-table Type Vacuum Molding Line

介绍了转盘式V法造型线的设计思路和设计特点.该生产线造型机采用四工位转盘设计,可以同时放置两副模型框循环使用;造型线采用PLC程序控制,根据生产程序自动运转,整个过程无须人工干预,生产灵活方便,高效快捷提高了生产效率;浇注冷却段采用地面人工生产的模式,既满足了生产需要,又节约了设备投资。该生产线生产率:8型/小时,砂箱尺寸:1300x1300x450/450。

The design thought and featare of rotating-table type vacuum molding line is introduced. The molding line adopted four station rotating-table and used two mold at the same time for periodically produce. It adopted PLC program-control, rotated automatically, produced flexibly and conveniently, increased productiving. Artifical work were adopted in pouring and cooling, which met the production requirement and saved the equipment investment. The productivity is 8 mold/h and the size of molding box is 1300×1300×450 mm.
