Effect of Cd Element on Corrosion Property of Magnesium Alloys

摘要 研究了Cd对镁合金腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:在纯镁中加入微量Cd,能够明显的细化纯镁基体组织,改善了腐蚀性能。但随着Cd含量的增加,自腐蚀电位朝负方向偏移,使合金转变为活化状态,且形成第二相的电位比镁基体的电位高,加速了合金的腐蚀。 The effect of Cd alloying element on corrision property of magnesium alloys is analyzed. The experimental results show that the matrix microstructure is remarkably refined by adding small amount of Cd to pure magnesium, and the corrosion resistance is improved also.However,with increase of Cd content,the corrision potential shifted to negative and made the alloy active.The secondary phases accelerated corrosion for their higher potential.
