高速车辆用复合铸铁闸瓦的开发

摘要 为进一步改善合金铸铁闸瓦的制动性能,对陶瓷硬质粒子进行了研究,以使闸瓦具有高性能并适用于高速列车。在车轮与闸瓦间添加SiC(碳化硅)粒子,可提高制动性能约20%。添加陶瓷粒子的方式有:喷射SiC粒子;使SiC粒子块与车轮踏面摩擦;在闸瓦内嵌入SiC粒子块。所有这些方式均能有效地提高铸铁闸瓦的制动性能。 Use of ceramics particles as hard materials is investigated for further improving the brake performance of alloyed cast iron shoes, which have high performance and are being used on high speed trains.It is made clear that feeding SiC particles into the interface between wheel and shoe improves the brake performance about 20% higher.There are several practical ways to do this.They were SiC particles jetting,pressing a block made of SiC particles against wheel tread and embedding blocks made of SiC particles into the cast iron shoe.All of them are confirmed to be effective for improving the brake performance of cast iron shoe.
