摘要
为探寻甘蓝型油菜硫苷含量与其它生理指标的关系,对967H,967L,以及正交F1,反交F1植株的可溶性糖、蛋白质、叶绿素、脯氨酸等生理指标进行了分析。结果表明,从苗期到成熟期,无论高硫苷材料还是低硫苷材料,这些生理指标的变化规律都是先升高后降低,并且可溶性糖含量的峰值在抽薹期,而其它3个指标的峰值均在开花期;但是在不同的生育时期,高硫苷材料的可溶性糖、蛋白质、脯氨酸和叶绿素含量均高于低硫苷材料。
To explore the relationship between glucosinolates content and other physiological indexes in Brassica napus , the contents of soluble sugar, protein, proline and chlorophyll in 967H, 967L and their F1 and RF1 plants were analyzed. The results indicated that the content of above physiological indexes showed increase-decrease trend in both highglueosinolates and low-glucosinolates materials. The maximum of soluble sugar appeared at stem elongation stage, while that of other three physiological indexes appeared at blooming stage. Contents of soluble sugar, protein, proline and chlorophyll in high-glucosinolates material were higher than those in low-glucosinolates material in all stages.
