摘要
综述了有机硅涂层的特性及作用机理,聚甲基氢硅氧烷经缩聚交联后在织物表面形成一层保护膜,聚硅氧烷化合物由极性无机部分和非极性有机部分构成,在高温和催化剂作用下,硅氧主链发生极化,极性部分趋向纤维表面,产生氢键、配位键和共价键,提高了聚硅氧烷保护膜与纤维之间的结合力。而其中的非极性甲基则被排斥而指向空间,定向排列于织物表面形成不溶于水和溶剂的单分子膜,使织物具有拒水性。同时有机硅涂层剂具有透气、耐候耐热和对人体与环境安全等特性。并介绍了有机硅涂层助剂在纺织领域几个方面的应用。
The features and reaction mechanisms of organic silicone are reviewed. Polymethylsiloxane can form a protective layer on a fabric surface after condensation crosslinking. Polymethylsiloxane consists of a polar inorganic part and non- polar organic part. Under high temperature conditions and the presence of catalyst, the silicone main chains are polarized. This effect tends to make the polar part point toward the fiber surface and forms hydrogen bonds, coordination bonds and covalent bonds. Therefore, the combination force between polysiloxane protection film and fabric fibers are enhanced. The non-polar part prefers to point toward the outside as a result of the repulsion from the polar part and form a water and solvent-insoluble single molecule layer on the fabric surface, which renders the fabrics water repellent. The organic silicone coating agent also has good air permeability, heat and weather resistance and is safe for humans and the environment. The application of organic silicone coating agents in the textile industry are also mentioned.
