摘要
目的:通过测量替牙期正常儿童的腭部标志点,来评价其腭部形态。方法:通过普查获得87例替牙期正常儿童的牙齿模型(男41例,女46例),用3DSS-Ⅱ彩色结构光扫描系统扫描入电脑进行测量,利用方差分析比较各年龄组间的腭部形态差异。结果:矢状面和水平面上,腭部各测量值的变化均无统计学意义。冠状面上,最大腭高度和腭指数均随年龄增加而增大了,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在替牙期,随着年龄的增加,腭穹窿的前部变化不是很明显,腭穹窿的后部变得更加高拱,这可能与前牙区和后牙区牙槽嵴的生长速度不一致有关。
Objective : To measure palatal landmarks of healthy children with a normal mixed dentition and to evaluate palatal the shape. Methods: Eighty - seven dental casts of children ( male 41, female 46) with a normal mixed dentition were obtained and digitized with 3DSS - Ⅱ color structured -light scanning system. Dimensions were compared between a- ges by analysing the variances. Results : In the sagittal and frontal plane, mean dimensions of palate did not reached staffs- tical significance. In the frontal plane, maximum palatal height and palatal slope increase with age and this change reaches statistical signigicance. Conclusion: In the mixed dentition, there are no obvious changes in the anterior part of palatal vault. But the posterior part of palatal vault becomes higher. The reason is maybe that the growth rate of alveolar crest is different in the region of anterior teeth and posterior teeth.
