文章提出了县域生态经济发展的现实意义。阐述了县域生态经济发展的理论基础是①可持续发展理论;②生态经济理论;③循环经济理论;④产业经济理论;⑤区域发展理论;⑥经济发展理论;⑦和谐发展理论;⑧十七大生态理论。
The practical significance of development of eco - economy in a county was pointed out. The basic theory for development of eco - economy in a county were summarized as followings ： ① the theory of sustainable development; ②eco - economic theory; ③ circular economy theory; δ industrial eco-nomic theory; ⑤ regional development theory; ⑥the economic developmental theory; ⑦the harmonious developmental theory;⑧the seventeenth ecological theory.
