微波多模腔快速烧结WC-8%Co硬质合金 被引量:7

摘要 采用多模腔微波烧结工艺制备了WC-8%Co硬质合金,烧结周期为1~1.5h,研究了微波烧结工艺对合金组织结构与性能的影响。结果表明:微波烧结WC-8%Co硬质合金所需时间短,在1400℃的烧结温度下保温0min时密度就能达到14.71g/cm3,HRA可达90.3,烧结样品的显微组织结构均匀,样品中心和边缘区域WC晶粒尺寸分布一致,没有发现显著差异,随着烧结保温时间的增加和烧结温度的提高WC晶粒尺寸长大不明显。 WC-8 %Co cemented carbide was prepared by microwave sintering process in a multi-mode cavity with the sintering cycle of 1-1.5 h. The influences of the alloy structures and properties with the microwave sintering were studied.It shows that the microwave sintering can reduce sintering temperature and shorten sintering time. The microwave sintered WC-8 %Co cemented carbide can reach 14.71 g/cm^3 density and 90.3 hardness HRA in 1,400 ℃ sintering temperature and 0 min preservation. And the products of the WC-8 %Co cemented carbide sintered by microwave sintering can decrease the grain size. There is no significant differences between the center and edge region of the samples. WC grain size is not augmented obviously with the sintering time extended, but a little increased with the sintering temperature raised.
