针对纸质档案数量大、种类多和目前档案扫描系统存在接口多样、功能单一的不足,在深入研究TWAIN技术规范的基础上,对档案扫描控制系统进行了研究设计,系统把支持TWAIN的设备利用一个接口统一起来,实现了应用程序和扫描设备之间的无缝连接,从而提高了对档案资料的管理效率。
