摘要
利用铁氰化钾与还原糖发生氧化还原反应后生成的亚铁氰化钾可以进行电化学检测的原理,研究了还原糖含量的电化学分析方法。方法线性范围0—10.0mg,/20mL,回收率在99.2%-101.6%之间。此法简单、快速、灵敏度高。
We employed electrochemical amperometric approach to determine the content of reducing sugar. Linear range is from 0 to 10.0 mg/20 mL and linear correlation coefficient r is 0. 9998. We determined two samples with the approach and the recovery rate is between 99.2% and 101.6%. Redox reaction is controlled more easily and analytical speed is higher, as compared with the present approaches.
